connecting aN ENTERTAINMENT COMPANY with their lust for Life
The Revels Group is a full-service artist, producer, creative and tour management company based out of Los Angeles. Our goal was to create a visual identity that the company can leverage and share with partners to keep their brand look and feel cohesive. The client wanted to create an ethos that feels honest and authentic to who they are and cultivating a cohesive social presence was top priority. Being based out of Malibu, it was essential that we integrate a laid back beach vibe while also still aligning with the moody aesthetic of their artists in the indie and rap markets.
I aimed to position The Revels Group Revel Group as an aspirational entertainment and media brand that celebrates artists music and culture. To do this, I dove into the meaning of revel; to get the most out of every second you’re alive and to seek out exciting, distinctive experiences. After exploring a few art directions we aligned around Lust for Life. This direction leverages desaturated photography with film touches that reinforces a raw authenticity. The melting of colors in the gradient driven palette represents bringing together energy, an aura, an elevated spirit, reveling.
